The difficult situation to develop medical device products

I am a bio-engineer and have been working in vaccine equipment and medical device research center for four years.

Recently, I have lose my enthusiasm, because the medical device industry go from bad to worse.

An innovation medical device products need to be done in a good research environment.

It means the doctors, specialists, patients, the infrastructure, the management system, the money, everything need to be well integrated.

There are still lots of work in this industry, if we want medical device industry finer.

First of all is to built a good enviroment for the next generation who wants to research and practice new medical device products.

Wish one day the day I dream come.
